Never got my deposit back!

The host was trying his best to accommodate me because it was someone already sleeping in the bed assigned to me.

Unorganized. Dirty. Gnats EVERYWHERE! No quiet hour, people out back smoking and talking all night and early morning. I don’t like to write bad reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they hired a cleaner and a host to demand typical hostel house rules.

There’s breakfast??? And the only positive thing that came out from this experience was Larry (property manager) and his coworker.

The experience wasn’t pleasant, it began with the check in process (both online and over the phone) I tried two times, just tonight 4/1 and it wasn’t responsive. I tried calling the phone line and the lady who answered was very rude with her answers but no resolution to the issue. P.s this happened before and there were other renters in similar/ worse situations. The amount the owner is making per night doesn’t match the quality of home they offer. The bunk beds are very unstable. Bed sheets, pillows, and cover are in very bad conditions (old). All the appliances are the oldest modelar ( Fridge are small)

Bathroom was dirty and smelled horrible ! Towel was rough to touch

The owners are rude the people who runs the house are disrespectful. They have there people pick. The person who the owners hire to run the house treat u horrible. I’ve witnessed people being kicked out over foolishness when they still had days left. and they wasn’t in the wrong .There is no refunds even if you don’t decide not to stay. House always nasty no furniture no stove so it’s hard to cook anything not enough space for belongings do too all the bunk beds in the room .washer and dryer barely work and they have the nerve to charge 5 a load the front bathroom water gets warm not hot and the one in the back doesn’t get hot at all. limit parking space I can go on and on if your looking for something cheap look elsewhere where alot of weird people book here the company doesn’t respect the guest here. If your value your money & time book elsewhere

The bed was the best part of it all. The mattress was everything. The whole place needs to be spray washed and bleached all the way down. Dirty
