Sehr lautes Zimmer. Fenster dichten nicht ab und 8 spurige Schnellstrasse direkt nebenan. Hotel Taxi sehr alt und klein und 30€ viel zu teuer.

The location was excellent, just opposite the Grand Egypt Museum. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, every single one including the front desk people, driver, security personnel, were nice, friendly and helpful. I checked out in the morning but my flight was at 2am next day. The staff gave me a room to rest a few hours free of charge before I went to the Airport.

Location for the GEM is perfect, the employees are all very helpful. A little more attention to training would optimise service. The terrace is wonderful, the choice of music could be more Classical Egyptian or Asian depending on the time of day combining with the menu.

Music in the evening too load, difficult to talk at the table. Service should be faster and anticipating the guests need. Water automatically on the table. Place mats and asking what the guest would like - you'd make more money. We come on holiday and are happy to spend money on things we need.
