The hotel was very clean, modern, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the location in El Gouna was perfect with beautiful lagoon views. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh with many good options. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a vacation.

The Wi-Fi could be faster at times, and room service took a little longer during busy hours. Also, more variety in the evening entertainment and restaurant menu would make the experience even better.
