- staff is super helpful, cheerful and cooperative. Mohamed on the front desk was particularly great - spacious rooms with great views - everything you need in one place - great central location right next to Gouna’s sliders park

- breakfast is a bit limited in options - cumbersome process to get/replace beach towels

Friendly staff everyone including Ziad at reception. Beautiful resort with all amenities (nice gym and pool)

Beach is like 10mins away. Breakfast could slightly improve- better toaster and peanut butter would help for vegetarians
