Very clean rooms and excellent service

It's not a 4 stars, absolutely not. Incompetent staff.

Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert. Als wir ankamen war die Rezeption provisorisch eingerichtet. In der zweiten Woche wurde die neue Rezeptur eröffnet. Die Baustelle war ein wenig kriminell.

Es war etwas staubig im Zimmer und Hotel- was ich aber als normal hinnahm da wir ja direkt vor den Pyramiden wohnten. Sehr freundliches service Personal, schöner Pool zum Erfrischen und sehr leckere frische Fruchtshakes im Restaurant. Das Hotel hat auch eine tolle Aussicht vom Pool und Restaurant aus.

Nous avons du attendre 4h que la chambre soit disponible, sans rien pour nous faire patienter. Si nous ne voulions pas attendre, il nous fallait payer 25 dollars! Nous sommes donc allés au petit déjeuner censé être inclus. Ils nous disent que c’est 10€ pour deux puis au moment de payer ils nous demandent 10€ par personne. De plus ce n’était pas bon, jus de fruit industriel qu’ils font passer pour du frais et … Ils ne parlent qu’en dollars avec des prix aussi chers qu’aux US ou en Europe! Ils nous ont affirmé nous préparer la meilleure chambre, qui avait une fenêtre donnant sur un mur plein de poussière. Les draps et serviettes avaient des taches, des poils noirs traînaient partout. L’eau de la piscine a une odeur abominable qui reste sur la peau et les cheveux même après plusieurs shampooings, à tel point que nous nous y sommes baignés que pour tester. Pour partir, ils demandent d’attendre pour vérifier l’état de la chambre! Ils ont d’ailleurs demandé qu’on paye une petite bouteille d’eau 1 dollar alors que nous n’avons absolument rien pris de leur minibar. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement.

The hotel was undergoing construction, so it was very noisy and dusty. The electricity kept on going out and there was no hot water in the showers. Even after all that, the hotel refused to offer a meaningful compensation. The kids and I were extremely disappointed.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the hotel except for a few employees. The front of the building is not the most suitable. From the first day of arrival they were building early in the morning on the 6th floor and I was on the 5th floor. On the third day around 2 am I went to the reception to complain about the noise of the construction. It stopped for about 10 minutes and then they continued with the construction. Check out took too long. I think the best thing about the place is the view of the pyramids.

We stayed the hotel 3 nights, very clean rooms, breakfast was ok and staff was welcoming people.
