L'Oasis de Safaga Hotel

Sayed (le gérant) est une personne remarquable. Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit en arrivant tard et en partant très tôt et Sayed nous a conseillé et aidé pour trouver des solutions afin de continuer notre voyage. Il nous a également trouvé des solutions économiques pour la semaine suivante.

Pression faible dans la douche.

The location was good and the apartment was big, it was nice to have a living room and a bedroom separate, a place to unwind after a day of diving. Blue Aqua diving center is 7min walking away and cheap! The host was very nice and “at your service “ like he says.

I really wanted to give more points to this hotel but I also have to be honest with other fellow travellers as I also like reading real reviews . The kitchen had cooking utensils but not hob so not sure what was the point of having pots . The fridge needs replacement, the door wouldn’t close unless doing some weird movement. The shower in the bathroom had pressure but it was literally gone every 20sec, then again pressure then again gone, pretty annoying. The whole bathroom needs a redo. There was a foul smell coming from the toilet as the toilet itself was not sealed to the floor and water was coming out creating a very bad smell. we complained to the host and asked to change rooms but he said it was full of when it felt like we were the only ones tbh. however , he solved the problem that same morning by bringing a guy and sealing the toilet bowl but it needs a long term solution, it was much less smelly but still some.

La calidad del Personal tanto de Sayed como el Staff fue como sentirse en casa. Nos ayudo a solucionar un inconveniente ajeno al hotel, siendo de gran ayuda y solucionando el problema. Gran cercania a los servicios. Zona muy segura. Recomendable 100%

Solo para conocimiento, el Pin de Ubicacion marca sobre la playa (no es la correcta) y el Hotel se encuentra a 50 mts de la Estacion de Policia sobre una calle paralela a la Avenida Principal.

Amazing manager always friendly polite and was always available if you needed something. Clean rooms and big sized room. Comfy atmosphere near to shops and restaurants. A real must.
