everything is perfect 👌🏻 all staff from receptionist, life guards in pool and beach , room service employees, golf car 🚗 abdullah very kindly man ,, all staff in dining room especially youssif ,, food very delicious and alot variety ,, room was amazing 🤩 view.. special thanks for Mr Ahmed Galal manager was very helpful and kind and friendly,, resort was amazing and facilities available,,, see you soon and thanks for great hospitality and memories 🫶🫶🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️

the resort was beautiful, and the beach is stunning, multiple pools, staff on ground particularly the pool staff were ever so friendly and attentive to needs.

poor maintenance of the room (one room in particular) whereby the shower mixer tap was broken, toilet flush didn’t work effectively and sink drainage was slow, however these issues were resolved immediately by the maintenance team. though for a 5 star hotel, such issues should not have been raised in the first place. daytime managers were prompt in sorting out issues with the property

Free upgrade to a sea-view room. 2. Room & View Spacious, clean, and comfortable. • Beautiful sea view from the room. Good room layout and facilities. 3. Resort Facilities • Multiple pools, all clean and well-maintained. Everything (beach, pools, dining) located conveniently close together. • Well-kept grounds and general cleanliness throughout the resort. 4. Food Quality • Delicious and clean food with good variety. High hygiene standards in dining areas. 5. Staff & Service • Friendly and helpful staff across departments. • Beach staff and housekeeping were attentive and polite.

1. Maintenance Issue One window panel in the room wasn't sealed properly, allowing air and dust to come through. 2. Dining Service Some buffet items ran out midway and were not refilled, even though service hours weren't over. 3. Service Consistency When upgraded to all-inclusive, staff repeatedly asked to show the bracelet (understandable). • However, foreign guests were not always asked, creating a sense of unequal treatment. t's a great place to unwind, especially for couples who want a calm, scenic getaway with good service and food. If these minor issues are polished up, it could easily feel like a true 5 stars experience next time and i am already considering re-visiting it after these polishing

كل شيء في الأوتيل كان اكثر من رائع وخصوصا الاستاذ احمد جلال مدير الاستقبال اللي حاول يريحنا بكل الطرق شكرا جزيلا لكل العاملين البشوشين جدا والمحترمين جدا و اتمني اجي تاني

Очень чистая территория. Красивая. Классный пляж. Все было очень круто. Персонад очень приветливый. Буду рекомендовать знакомым. Менеджер Ахмед, был очень учтив и внимателен ко всем вопросам. Сделали бесплатный апгрейда номера.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Flexibilität der Administration hat uns sehr gefreut. Das Essen war hervorragend. Eine so grosse Auswahl an Speisen haben wir noch nie gesehen. Der Strand ist sehr schön mit sehr feinem Sand. Es hat viele verschiedene Swimmingpools.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
