Es un hotel ideal para relajarse, con una vista espectacular.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Transfer mit dem Boot war immer toll organisiert und man kann schöne Häuser und Tempel auf dem Weg sehen. Besonders gut hat uns das die Atmosphäre im Hotel gefallen, alle waren sehr freundlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert, was man braucht. Besonders der Hotelmanager Tamer führt das Hotel sehr persönlich und sehr nett.

Tamer, the main responsible person, was really helpful and friendly. Also the staff working in the facility were so polite. They really did their best to make us feel comfortable: from recommandation over Restaurants, organizing our transportation, being really flexible to our plannings - we were really satisfied! We can especially recommand to try the food offered in the Hotel. It is locally made and has a really good quality 😊

You have to plan in that the trip over the water is taking a while, apart from that everything was fine.

L'emplacement est idyllique sur une île au calme, avec vue sur le Nil. La chambre est spacieuse avec une superbe coupole. Le gérant est très disponible et organise super rapidement les transports en bateau. C'est donc très fluide et accessible. L'accès par ce mode de transport fait partie du charme du séjour.

L'acoustique entre les chambres n'est pas idéale. La salle de bain n'est pas alignée avec la chambre en terme de finitions. Il reste des traces de colle au sol qui donnent une image pas "nette", alors que l'ensemble est propre.

Super vue, personnel très sympathique, à l’écoute et qui nous a aidé à organiser nos transferts et excursions. Bonne nourriture et belles chambres, avec une bonne literie.

La location è bellissima, immersa nella natura e lontana dal caos: pace assoluta e una vista mozzafiato sul Nilo che rende il soggiorno unico e rilassante. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Il cibo nubiano è ottimo, autentico e preparato con grande attenzione: uno dei punti forti del soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tamer, un host fantastico: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutare gli ospiti in ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire come a casa. Molto apprezzato anche il servizio navetta gratuito, disponibile per la maggior parte delle destinazioni (eccetto alcune mete turistiche), e il personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Un hotel ideale per chi cerca relax, bellezza e un’accoglienza autentica ad Aswan. Consigliatissimo.

l’unica nota migliorabile è stata la pulizia del bagno, che potrebbe essere più accurata.

Its so peaceful and calm - literally de-stress zone and we really felt like we were on vacation. The staff was really nice, genuinely helpful - the manager was very kind throughout our stay and even gave us late check-out since our flight was quite late into night. We felt very safe staying at this property! There is no WiFi in the rooms - just at the general dining area but that adds on to the beauty of staying away from phone and focusing on nature! I spoke to the manager and they have some big plans for the hotel (infinity pool and shisha lounge) and honestly I want to come back in few years just to stay here after the developments.
