My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Serry Beach and it was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so special and well taken care of. A big thank you to Hanan from guest services — she was incredibly sweet and, along with the team, made our experience so memorable. The service overall was top-tier, always attentive and welcoming. The shows were so fun and beautifully done, and the all-inclusive experience was absolutely worth it. Everything from the food to the atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Such a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion — we’ll definitely be back 🤍

The hotel itself is very modern and clean, and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming—you really feel taken care of the whole time. A lot of people mention how friendly the team is, and I completely agree.

The staff is amazing! We really really where amazed by them. Especially with SAYED at the pool, Shandi at the rooftop, muhamed at the coffee station at the main restaurant. The lady at the entrance at the roof top. Everyone was really really nice, helpful and so so friendly. We will come bake for sure, at first bc of the nice staff & also bc of the really nice interior design of the hotel. One of the most beautiful hotel interiors we have seen so far. Thank you all from Mister Emir and his wife :)

I would also like to extend deep appreciation to Mr. Waleed, the Head of Butler, whose leadership clearly creates such an exceptional service culture. The team operates at a very high level of professionalism, making guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly valued. Staying in the Signature Suite elevated the entire experience and made our family trip even more special. This level of luxury, combined with the remarkable service, makes Serry Beach Resort one of the best resorts we have ever visited.
