Everything was exceptional!!

Het hotel zag er heel mooi uit en personeel was ook top en het eten was lekker vers

Als je in de kamer bent zijn de gangen gehorig binnen en de deuren klappen hard dicht.

Exactly as marketed on booking.com and their website. Worth it for All-inclusive as everything is halal. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Pro tip: Tip the cleaning staff in your room early. We booked the snorkelling tour at reception - slightly more expensive than booking at the Marina bay, but the boat was exceptional and well worth it. Pro tip: Take water shoes & snacks with for your boat trips. We felt safe navigating the streets - expect to be haggled and negotiate prices. The promenade was vibrant & lovely to traverse at night.

My early request to remove the alcohol from the mini-bar in the room upon arrival was not met. Mosquitos were a problem, other resorts I have visited fumigate the garden areas on a weekly basis to manage this. No apparent prayer facilities for Muslims, we didn't ask either - we had made our own arrangements. Music continued playing during prayer times. The Resort App was not the most easiest to navigate, but workable. Many of the shops/ stores near the resort were selling the same things. We were hoping to find Egyptian cotton/ linen or artisanal crafts that were unique.

Es ist ein Hotel wie aus „Tausend und einer Nacht“… Es wird viel Wert auf stylisches und doch auch abendländisches Ambiente gelegt. Wir waren erstaunt, wie gut die Website-Bilder die Wirklichkeit widerspiegeln… Als wir angekommen sind, haben unsere Jungs sogar ein tolles Zimmerupgrade bekommen- danke vielmals nochmals dafür! Die meisst überaus lieben und viiiielen Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen sind so sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt zu verschönern- auch danke Euch Allen!! Zu dritt haben wir das PADI- die internationale Tauchausbildung im angrenzenden Tauch- und Wassersport-Geschäft gemacht, Kaled der Lehrer war ein richtig guter Lehrer und hat es verstanden unsern Söhnen die doch zeitintensive Ausbildung schmackhaft zu machen!!! Danke herzlichst!!! Alles in Allem ein Ort zum Widerkommen! Wir hoffen ihr könnt euren anfänglichen hohen Ansprüchen treu bleiben!!!!!!!!!

Das Essen im Restaurant Keif war wirklich nicht des Besuchs wert. Schade, alles sieht nämlich so hübsch und fein aus… Aber so ists/wars bei uns auf jedenfall nicht… Bitte den Burger beim mexikanischen Restaurant auf die Abendkarte setzen…

The staff was very professional, friendly and well trained. The food was with a very good quality. The overall atmoshpere is amazing.

The bathroom in the room needs renovation.

- The location is beautiful, very clean, and relaxing. - A special mention to Khaled Mohammed, who did an excellent job keeping our room extra tidy and spotless throughout our stay. - Amazing staff - There were many activities available. We especially enjoyed beach volleyball. - The food was good with a nice variety of options. - The smoothies and fresh non-alcoholic drinks were excellent.

Potential improvements: - The pottery class was a bit disappointing, as we expected it to be more hands-on with greater freedom for creativity. - Alcoholic beverages were not as top as the rest

Hotel is beautiful. Great location - close to airport and shops. The juices are fresh. The food in all restaurants and main food hall is fresh and very tasty. Dar Lounge has great service. Concierge introduced herself via WhatsApp before trip and was very helpful throughout trip.

Beach staff are rude. Main pool should be adults only as there is already a separate kids pool (kids constantly splashing people, very loud, and beds mostly taken up by families with kids). Main restaurant never serves cold water - always warm. Cocktails were awful and very inconsistent - you can tell no measurements were made and no recipe was followed. They tasted different every time and mostly tasted like paint stripper. Spirits and mixers not included in all inclusive so have to drink wine, beer, or cocktails. Because of how bad the cocktails were, I drank soft drinks and juices. The bad cocktails are the only reason I wouldn’t come back to this hotel
