位置，泳池很美，但是酒店有点老，房间装修一般

服务，有些很热情，但有些貌似不那么友好，当我开了 8 个小时车，绕了好几条公路穿越沙漠，没吃没喝，晚上八点的时候到达酒店，门口的门卫居然不让我进，他英语不好，我英语很烂，我根本不知道他说什么，后来我急了，他把主管叫来，我才知道要看车的行驶本，关键他和主管一点歉意都没有，还跟我说这就是埃及

Çalışanları konaklamamızı konforlu hale getirdi. Her biri inanılmaz ilgili ve hoşgörülü, her an her durumda yardımcı olmak için hazırlar. Talep ettiğiniz her şey anında hallediliyor. Ahmed, El sayed, Yusri, muhammed daha adını sayamadığım bir çok kişiye teşekkürler. Geç çıkış yaptık ama akşam yemeği konusunda yardımcı oldular. Havuzlar sürekli temizleniyor, hijyen ve olanaklarından memnun kaldık.

Yemeklerin lezzeti konusunda kararsızım. Akşam yemeğinde ve akşam tatlılarında seçenek bulmadım.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere. The quality of accommodation, the choice of food, the behavior of the staff can withstand the strictest criteria. We will definitely return to this hotel. We would like to especially thank the restaurant manager Mohamed Saad for the relaxed atmosphere he created in the restaurant and the always smiling waiter Salah Mohamed.
