c’est un hôtel très bien tenu. Le manager s’efforce de tirer le meilleur de son personnel. Il a certainement reçu une très bonne formation initiale car dès l’arrivée on reçoit un accueil très professionnel, les valises ont une étiquette. Les clients ont un petit bracelet, les bagages sont emportés dans les chambres comme si c’était la plus naturelle des choses alors que nous sommes en Égypte la cuisine est correcte Nous avons de nouveau fait étape pour déjeuner en revenant de SIWA vers Alexandrie
