Staff very polite and helpful. Room was very clean and very comfortable

Very friendly staff; helpfull with information, tours, driver arrangements; everything really. And never in a pushy kind of way. The driver is very friendly, and made us feel safe in traffic, which is saying something as local trsffic is quite something else😊 We took an early flight one day and were provided with breakfast packages; so very thoughtfull! As far as the staff goes! A very big plus

The accomodation was rated a 4.7 star, which, based on the service, I understand. The room though, was somewhat basic,small, with very hard matrasses. The airco unit was positioned perpendicular to the beds, in such a way that the cold airflow would blow in our faces the whole time. Breakfast was oke, but different from the photos. All in all, OK value for money, but a 4.7 star rating out of 5 makes you expect something else?

The staff are very good. Very helpful and accommodating. Always helpful when we need something. The managers always made sure we were comfortable. There is a simple breakfast with lots of cheese. The view from the rooftop was excellent. Our driver Mohammad was exceptional, we had him with us for 4 days. He made our 4th day great showing us through the Old Islamic area. Our guides were both very good. I would recommend both.

I would have loved it if our room overlooked the pyramids. We had to go to the rooftop every morning and afternoon to view. This is not a problem, it was just a preference. We did not have a guide for our 4th day as we were told that it was "just churches". But we paid for 4 days with a guide and driver each day. For us, 4 days was $2500 AUD so very expensive. The Coptic Church area was amazing and we would have liked a guide for this reason. Ensure that you are firm with your guide, as I felt that we were rushed through the pyramids and we wanted to explore this area further. You are told to take your time but this is not the case on the day. You get to take a photo and move on. This is not why we travel.

My husband and I had a great stay! Rooms were clean and the breakfast was very complete. Mahmud was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and also helped us plan some things to do during our stay. If I could give it 6stars, I would.

Amazing location in giza,the brothers that run this hotel are awesome Ibrahim and Mahmoud go above and beyond, treat you like family, do not overlook this place, you wont be disappointed, also special shout out to our driver ,Mohamed he made traveling in Egypt easy, felt safe on all our tours,just can't say enough, go visit Egypt its amazing

Excellent support and service from Mahmood, Ibrahim and everyone else that supported us at King Khafren during our visit. We had excellent tour support from Ibrahim and Mahmood made sure we were driven around and shown a great time. We had great restaurant recommendations and a brilliant tour guide called Fati who was enthusiastic, interesting and helpful.
