Small, quiet, clean place very close to the pyramids

Enjoyed my stay here. Good customer service. Brother Mahmoud tried to help me for all my requests and queries and make me feel at home, which was a big plus point.

Buried in the heart of Giza, is this great little place with a view that will leave you speechless. When you watch the sunrise on the rooftop it will fill you will such awe. The vibrancy of true Giza comes to life right on your hotel step; smells, sounds, people, community, everything. Everyone I spoke to, shook hands with, said ‘hello’ and ‘thankyou’ to was just fantastic. Mahmoud and Sap (my main hosts) these guys are unbelievably hospitable, incredibly resourceful and genuine hosts. Mahmoud I enjoyed our conversations together my good man. Muhammad my driver, there may have been a language barrier but we laughed, joked, ate Koshari and he was like an extended Egyptian brother. I went for the history…I left with a greater historical understanding and a full heart. Inshallah.

The hotel treats you like family. Everyone is respectful and anything you need, it’s done in 5 minutes. Highly recommend for stay. They also have tours at reasonable prices. Delicious breakfast, unlimited water bottles everyday were the highlights.

A caring family run business. Great location and excellent service provided. Both Mahmood and Ibrahim took care of all our needs as well as organising excellent excursions. They truly have gone beyond your normal level of care. In would highly recommend this hotel for couples and families. The rooms are spacious with breakfast views of the Giza pyramids. Highly recommend, a must stay if visiting Cairo.

This may not be a five star hotel but it offers 5 star customer service. The owner Mahmood was absolutely brilliant. There was nothing that he wouldn’t do for you, which included a complimentary pick up service from the airport that would normally cost in excess of £30 in most European cities. The hotel is in the top part of a building and has an excellent roof top terrace with a great view of the pyramids in the background. Having breakfast on the roof top was a great way to start the day. The he hotel was clean and modern, with complimentary air conditioning, water and digital TV. Mahmood organised a few trips for us which included our own transport and guide. We visited the pyramids, had dinner in the Nile and visited historical sites. All of which went so smoothly we felt like VIPs. The one thing that needs some attention is the water pressure in the shower but apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel. It offers fantastic value for money and super customer service.

This property had an amazing view of the Pyramids! The front desk (on a side street and upstairs) was a bit challenging but otherwise terrific! Personal service and concierge level care. They drove us to the pyramids gate and arranged us a guide. They picked us up and brought us back. We got upgraded for free to a room with a pyramid view out the windows and had a nice cool a/c unit! This was a pleasure.
