PLvery friendly staff, helped with organizing trips. The hotel-organized trips weren't more expansive than what you'd find online which is nice. The room was clean, the AC worked. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the pyramids. The breakfasts aren't bad but after a few days become rather dull. The other food on the menu is good. There's no beer on the menu but they can "help you" if you ask the right questions.

USThe property is very well located,few minutes walking to pyramids tickets office and entrance,but,in a very dirty neighborhood,across the hotel is a type of parking for horses and camels,that was disappointed.
I booked a de Lux double romm with pyramid view,as the picture shows in booking.com,they lied to me,that room doesn’t no exist.that was a big scam.trough the romm window you can see a ugly unfinished construction building.really they not have any de luxury room.
FRNous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux nuits au Nun Pyramids Hotel à Gizeh. La vue depuis le rooftop est tout simplement exceptionnelle, avec un panorama unique sur le plateau de Gizeh et les pyramides. Le restaurant sur place est un vrai plus dans un secteur un peu "animé". La carte est variée et les prix très corrects. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et diversifié, de quoi bien commencer la journée. Un super souvenir, que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Seul petit bémol : la douche était un peu froide, mais rien qui n’ait gâché notre séjour. Le personnel est attentionné et très prévenant.

Accès à la terrasse peu pratique si ascenseur inutilisable.
