I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The price shown on Booking.com during my reservation was $250.56, but when I arrived, the hotel charged EGP 16,150, which is much higher than the agreed amount and resulted in a final charge of €298.66 on my card. The hotel never informed me about any additional fees or higher taxes, and the amount charged does not match what Booking.com had confirmed. This lack of transparency and the unexpected overcharge made me feel misled, and it created a very stressful situation during my trip. I would not recommend this property, and I hope Booking.com reviews their pricing practices to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Terasse with a view to pyramides is extraordinary.

Bathroom should be cleaner, they are also not changing towels when on the floor, receptionist was too pushy selling different tours. Prices for the tours are way above what can be found around.

Lage nah zum GEM und den Pyramiden Man kann Halbpension buchen und bekommt einen Auszug der Speisekarte und kann sich ein 4 Gang menü zusammenstellen. Es gibt supergünstige Massagen 25€/std. Und tolles Frühstück

Es gibt keinen Alkohol, man sollte das wissen. Mir persönlich macht das nichts aus. Ich buche keinen Pyramidenblick, da es eine sehr laute Strasse ist. Oft kein Doppelbett aber super grosse Einzelbetten
