Location was excellent, view was exceptional, a pub on your doorstep also a restaurant and takeaway which serves beautiful food,easy access to the accommodation, lovely stay overall high recommended

App. 02, nur die Terrasse - fรผr 5 Personen eigentlich viel zu groรŸ, hier kรถnnte man ein Kleinfeld Fussballturnier austragen - aber absolut ok! Wohnbereich Mobiliar ist ok.

Dies ist eine objektive, aber kritische Beurteilung, weil 1. in unserer Buchung (booking.com) keine Vorauszahlung, sondern Zahlung vor Ort vereinbart war, wir aber etliche Tage zuvor vom Vermieter aufgefordert wurden, den Betrag zu bezahlen, ansonsten wรผrde die Buchung storniert - absolut unseriรถs ! 2. auf dem Foto von booking.com ist nur minimal der รคusserste linke Rand der Terrasse abgebildet, d. h. App. 02 hat absolut nix mit den abgebildeten Hรคusern zu tun, sondern befindet sich rechts unter diesen! Deluxe war nur der Preis und die Terrasse, ansonsten erhebliche Schwรคchen: _ Manual fรผr Einrichtungsgegenstรคnde, speziell bzgl. Power on/off fehlt; wir kamen nur an Warmwasser รผber Anfrage per WhatsApp _ Bad WC-Sitz instabil und falsch platziert, total unkomfortabel das Waschbecken hat ein Mini Format und kann deswegen kaum benutzt werden _ Schlafzimmer nur 1 Nachtkรคstchen vorhanden, ohne Lampe kein Lichtschalter am Bett _ in der gesamten Wohneinheit, max. 5 Personen, sind 3 Kleiderbรผgel vorhanden _ Kรผche Kaffee und Zucker von ???, nicht mehr verwendbar _ Wohnbereich nur 1 Steckdose vorhanden, gut versteckt hinter dem TV, schwer erreichbar
