Nothing it was perfect lovely apartment

I had booked the Peirside Apartments as a Birthday present to my partner. Great location and the Chalets were clean, tidy and very modern. There was a playpark nearby that was very secure for my children so that was a bonus. The housekeeper was a lovely lady very helpful and pleasant.

Unfortunately the shower did not work!! So when I reported this issue to John (the owner) I was told there would be a man coming to look at it. The man did arrive to look at it but he could not fix it as he did not have the part that was needed. So I contacted John again to explain not only did we need washing facilities but my children did as they were covered in sand from our trip to the nearby beach. He told me I could take my children to a shower in a chalet that was free and told me 'just make sure an give it a wee clean down before you go for the next guests arriving shortly'. So that's what I did. A while later I tried to contact John again to ask would it be possible for myself and my partner to use facilities in a nearby chalet that was free....but to my shock he had me blocked!!!! I was absolutely disgusted he had done this as I had been very understanding and patient about the situation. I feel our stay had not been enjoyed to the extent it should of been with small children as we had to avoid the beach from then on, which really is the only activity to do!!!

Location was brilliant being right on the pier and there's a lovely sandy beach beside a small beachy shop. There's a pub there.

Only thing is there is no cafe or shop nearby, nearest is kerrykeel
