The self check in worked really well so we didn't actually interact directly with any staff. The communications from them were all timely and helpful, however. The room was beautifully decorated and really well provisioned, with the house being in a quiet neighbourhood but a reasonable walk to shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Loved our two night stay! House was beautifully restored and a great location a few blocks from State street. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with a nice shower. Back yard was nice to come back after walking around town all day and enjoy a glass of wine, which they gave us a complimentary bottle. Check in/out was easy. Would highly recommend.

Loved our two night stay! House was beautifully restored and a great location a few blocks from State street. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with a nice shower. Back yard was nice to come back after walking around town all day and enjoy a glass of wine, which they gave us a complimentary bottle. Check in/out was easy. Would highly recommend.

The Lotus Suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend staying at the Craft House.

Need better lighting in the bathroom for make-up application etc., or attach a lighted/magnifying mirror with an articulating arm on the wall.

Charming and great location. We love the backyard happy hour. The amenities are limited- no drinking water or glasses and no coffee etc which would you would expect from such a lovely accommodation.
