We stayed 2 nights April 18 to the 20 very clean. the thing we did not like was it took like 3 mins to get any hot water for showers. And the people behind us or below us the first night were really load un till mid night.

Room was clean, good coffee provided, very quiet, good parking, decent location

Bed was too soft, no place to put anything away. Room not serviced during stay though staff provided more coffee on request.

Quaint little room that was perfect for us to relax after enjoying the day at Bryce Canyon. It was very quiet, the host was timely with communication and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend for anyone that wants a quiet spot to relax after an adventurous day.
