I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Everything is beautiful, modern, and so comfortable. The rooms are of the highest standard، exceptionally clean and well-designed. The food was also fantastic, with great variety and excellent quality throughout our stay. The service is truly what sets this place apart. The staff is incredibly respectful and helpful from the bottom of their hearts. I want to give a special thanks to the manager, Mohammed Salah, for his leadership and for ensuring such a high standard. Also, a huge thank you to the reception team: Omar Abdullah, Samir Mamdouh, Ahmed Salam, and Haitham Rabia, and to the wonderful spa team: Abdul Rahman, Samar, Lily, Shorouk, Mayada, and Hagar. I am definitely going to return to this hotel، it was a perfect experience.

C était super une paradis l'hôtel est grand et très propre des espaces verts par tout un grand restaurant avec beaucoup des choix et variés des autres restaurants à la carte turc asiatique italien. C est notre deuxième fois en famille et ça devient comme la maison . Mr Mohamed essam f.o manger a tout fait un vrai responsable avec beaucoup des talents très serviable et à l'écoute des clients nous étions surclassé dans un manfique suite nous sommes ravis de lui et des tout les personnel de la réception sans oublier les autres services staff en restaurant comme chef naser restaurant turc et mr Mohamed en restaurant principal en vérité tout les personnels sont la pour vous .

Tout était parfait c'est super hôtel Rien négatif sûrement on viendra
