Very well organized and staff very efficient and friendly.

The property is absolutely beautiful! Another great location in Marriott’s global network, my only issue is that if you are not comfortable with using Taxis/Ubers to get around, you won’t get much out of Santiago itself. Santiago is very beautiful, but this hotel is not in the center of the beauty— it’s along a highway, which makes it easy to drive a rental or uber to other parts of the province. But unfortunately, it will cause first or second time travelers a hard time deciding or knowing where to go, luckily the staff are mostly bilingual for my non Spanish speaking travelers, and you can ask about landmarks & dinning experiences! I was visiting my partner here & she acted as my guide, but the staff was also a great source of information.

Great hotel

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en el hotel. Desde que llegas el personal fue sumamente amable. La habitación muy limpia… el desayuno y servicio en el comedor excedió mis expectativas para ser un desayuno incluido. Definitivamente regresaría en una próxima ocasión.

Susy, Dyana at reception. Elizabeth in dining . The man at the pool. Also two of the staff at the animal event. Went out of their way to make sure everything was amazing. Best looking staff in Republic. The hotel room was by far the best I have visited. I have stayed at 11 different hotels in DR.
