I had booked this hotel for my mother and upon entering my mother showed me that there was no cleanliness in the room, the dustbin was broken, the buckets in the bathrooms were dirty, the toilet was not flushing properly, the AC was also not working at all... my worst experience till date. I had booked it after checking through booking.com, the room was shown as good but the reality was very bad.
