La struttura è di recente realizzazione con locali e arredi moderni, ben rifiniti e di ottima fattura. Non manca nulla per affrontare un soggiorno in pieno relax ma anche per affrontare un viaggio di lavoro perchè sono garantiti con efficacia tutti i servizi necessari, compresa una buona colazione. E' possibile usufruire di un ottimo servizio di ristorazione senza doversi spostare necessariamente nel centro di Fossano alla ricerca di un ristorante.

Struttura pulita e personale gentile. Essendo in tre la nostra camera era dorata di mini cucina e grande. Non abbiamo provato i servizi offerti dalla struttura per motivi di tempo.

Essendo appena fuori da Fossano la strada di campagna è un po' buia.
