"Lack of sleep made us all feel that all the good elements about this stay took from what we were expecting."

The staff (one guy) was great, he was friendly snd helpful, and woukd give him a 10.

The wall were so thin in the bedroom, sound proofing did not excise. The people next door talked all night and kept us awake until 4am. Our friends in the room two rooms up were kept awake as well. All else was fine but we will not be staying there again.

"Nice place to stay if you're in Roscommon or nearby."

Nice and clean. Pleasant staff. Free street parking or in a lot at the end of the block. Food was good.

Rooms are up a level, so it would have been nice if they had a lift.
