Perfect view on Sam Gimignano from really amazing house and house surrounding. It is really obvious that accomodation is prepared and shared with love. We would return without any doubt.

The hotel is perfect! The hosts are wonderful and kind, and the view is simply stunning from every direction—a house surrounded by pastoral vineyards. Plenty of parking, and the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast is basic but good, with a very cozy and homey atmosphere. Wonderful and highly recommended!!!"

The hotel owners made our stay feel truly special. My family and I especially loved the cooking class we took with them—every dish was delicious, the wine was outstanding, and the conversation flowed as easily as the Chianti. Renting e‑bikes to ride to San Gimignano was an unexpected treat. The hotel itself sits in the middle of a gorgeous vineyard, perched on rolling hills with sweeping 360‑degree views of the countryside. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

We loved this place and would totally come again! First, the location (10 mins drive from San Gimignano) was perfect. The view was divine (gorgeous countryside/vineyards out of the multiple windows). We walked down the little dirt road at sunset and saw goats at the end of the street. Also, the room and bathroom were both quite large, comfortable, and clean. There were great little soaps/gels in the bathroom, too. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us use the hot tub (overlooking the gorgeous scenery!), and they served an INCREDIBLE breakfast in the morning, with multiple choices of pastries and cakes made in-house, as well as yogurt, juices, coffee drinks, etc. We didn't eat dinner there, but it always smelled delicious. And in the late evening, the whole place smelled like cake because they were always baking/preparing for the next day's breakfast.

Honestly, we loved everything about this place!

L'établissement est très propre et semble avoir été refait il y a peu. Nous y avons séjourné hors saison mais il semble il y avoir des jacuzzi dans le jardin, cela doit être sympa pendant les beaux jours. La vue est superbe au milieu des vignes. Sur demande, vous pouvez dîner sur place le soir. Vous pouvez vous procurez les produits du gîte: vin, huile d'olive... Le personnel est disponible.

숙소에서 바라본 뷰가 너무 좋고 호스트분이 너무 친절하시고 좋아요. 내집처럼 편하게 쉴수 있도록 배려해주시고, 도움을 많이 주십니다. 시간이 되면 더 오래 머물고 싶은 숙소에요.

Endroit magnifique avec une belle vue sur San Gimignano, hôtes très gentils et très serviables.

Ho risposto a tutte le domande in positivo perché super non si poteva mettere. Il personale molto disponibile e simpatico. La pulizia ottima. La colazione continentale ottima. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di fare un aperitivo assaggiando un buon vino di propria produzione e con i prodotti locali (affettati, formaggi ecc). Insomma consiglio vivamente il posto. Bellissima la posizione. Purtroppo abbiamo fatto una piccola tappa di una notte ma se ci sarà la possibilità ritorneremo sicuramente.
