This place is truly exceptional. The pictures do not do it justice. Is even more beautiful! Francesca and her family have done such a great job renovating and taking care of their place. They are also so welcoming and available. They serve a delicious breakfast and great coffee in their gorgeous breakfast room. Our room was spacious with stunning views, a/c and heating. Also with a big bathroom with relaxing rain shower. Location is perfect to visit San Gimignano and nearby wineries. They are also a working farm so you will be surrounded by grape vines and olive trees. This was our favorite place of our entire Tuscan countryside roadtrip. We already dream of going back.

We loved it! No complaints.

Opening the windows in the morning and seeing the vineyards in of Tuscany in the soft morning sun. Easy to get to San Gimignamo, Volterra and more.

Francesca, the hostess, was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Beautiful family-run B&B is on the top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. You can see San Gimignano from your room and understand why the town is famous as the Manhatten of Tuscany.

Every view was breathtaking. Our room was very clean and comfortably sized. The staff (owner) was so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back. Wish we could have stayed longer.
