"Well located!!Easy to go everywhere!!!"

The place is very well located. Close to the subway and Gran Via, an important street in Madrid.

Well, they say that its a five star experience, but is fact its just a good place. I didnt find anything special there, not a bottle of water or coffee. Just few chocolates.After spending 11 days at the place, I requested a two hours extension on my check out and got a bots answer saying no. Overall, its a good place.Nothing special.

Great location. Comfortably stayed in the heart of Madrid.

Cleaning wasn't the best, as the floors weren't moped properly (for Brazilian standards), but for Europeans that flat was surely seen as spotless.

Son emplacement idéal à deux pas de la station de métro et 10min à pied du grand via. L’ambiance aussi est super cosy propice au repos

La gestion de la température qui doit se faire à distance . Ne pas avoir accès aux serviettes et ménage quotidiennement.
