The room had a huge window & the view of Rakaposhi was amazing. Parking was good & spacious. The bed was very comfy.

They were not serving the buffet breakfast as there weren't enough guests staying. The Aircon is the biggest turn-off of this place. The first night, the temperature never went below 29.5C even though we set it on 23C. Called the reception about 3 times, waited a couple of hours & went to sleep without anyone attending. In the morning, called again & finally an engineer came & told us that the AC was off the whole night due to some diesel issue & the night shift didn't inform the day shift during the handover. There were no bin bags in the bins in the bedroom & toilet. Had to kill a few house flies, too.

In terms of location, it is in a favorable position. The ambiance exudes a sense of tranquility. The manner in which Murad Ali from Karakarum Security welcomes guests is exceptional. He stands out as the most dedicated staff member within the establishment. The front office personnel demonstrate a high level of cooperation.

The sewage gutters emit an unpleasant odor. It is concerning that we had to walk through these areas to reach our room, especially since they are located near the children's playground. Additionally, the room doors lack "Do Not Disturb" tags, which means that housekeeping may enter the room during your absence, even if you have requested otherwise. The complimentary breakfast includes a variety of basic items. However, the restaurant charges for bottled water without prior notice, resulting in an unexpected expense upon checkout. This practice is inconvenient and should be addressed to avoid confusion and embarrassment for guests. It would be more appropriate to either provide complimentary water or clearly communicate any additional charges to guests before they consume the water. The facility lacks the ability to provide a truly satisfactory hot shower experience. The water temperature is merely lukewarm, falling short of the desired warmth. Although the temperature was not excessively cold, it is expected that a professional establishment should consistently provide hot water 24/7.

Beautiful design

We have had an unacceptable experience with our stay at PC Legacy Hunza which we booked through booking.com. I am raising these issues so you are fully aware of our guest experience so that the you do not suffer like we have. On check in the experience was below what I expect from a PC hotel but the main issue was the lack of air conditioning basically the whole stay and very limited menu in the restaurant at dinner. We were not been able to sleep properly and enjoy our stay. 1. Air-conditioning We were not informed that air conditioning was not working on check in. The heat in the reception was a big giveaway. But the Air-conditioning did not work in the rooms either despite waiting a good hour for the room to cool down. We called reception several times and they just flat out lied. After the 4th call we got an engineer to visit who still could not get it to work despite 3 attempts. This is an ongoing issue if you check reviews going back the paat year. Throughout all this time from check in to midnight no one including my children could rest or sleep due to the heat and constant disruption from opening the door. Then finally after midnight I demanded to switch to colder rooms. we managed to fall asleep only to wake up after 1-2 hours to rooms that were no longer getting cooled as the A/C had stopped working. 2. Check in & Room facilities I do not understand why nothing was in the rooms on check in. No water, no tea/coffee or green tea in the room, no room service menu or laundry price list. It was very disappointing to not be able to just settle in the room without being disrupted. I had to go down to the restaurant to order a tea and to ask for the menu only to be told we had to take a photo of the menu! The whole check in experience was poor. Apart from the impressive guard when parking our car, the welcome experience was poor. No welcome drink or cleansing towel as I have been shown, hot reception area and no working lifts.
