We had a wonderful stay at PC Hunza Hotel. The hotel is situated in a serene, isolated location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views of Rakaposhi. The food was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience.

The hotel’s location is a 45-minute drive from Karimabad and the main attractions of Hunza Valley, which could be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the area frequently. Additionally, there are limited activities nearby after sunset, making the evenings quite uneventful.

Staff very polite and facilty is clean and inviting.

Beautiful view, night time customer service at the restaurant was amazing. Beware if you sit outside- horrible sewage smell all over the property.

On my recent northern area tour for 3weeks, I recently had the most disappointing experience at PC Legacy in Hunza during what was supposed to be a special trip for my birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst stays I've had at any PC property. The washroom in the room was leaking, the housekeeping was far below acceptable standards, and the air conditioning had been non-functional since the day before. Despite repeatedly complaining, the only response I received was a fan, leaving the room uncomfortably hot and humid. To make matters worse, the manager on duty, Inzamam, was incredibly rude. When I politely asked him for an alternative solution, he blatantly ignored me, watched videos on his phone, and even started a conversation with someone else, all while wearing a sarcastic smile. This level of disrespect was shocking, and by 11pm, I was still left waiting for any solution to the issues. Is this really what PC stands for? No proper customer service and clear disregard for their guests. My first visit to Hunza became a waste of both my time and money due to this appalling experience. I expected so much more from PC, and it was a serious letdown. I was suppose to stay for a week but left at 2nd day.

Received exceptional customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always available and ready for help. Very neat and clean rooms with all facilities available in the room. Location is amazing. I arrived in the night and didn’t realize how the the location looked. When I woke up in the morning and opened my bedroom window I was stunned with the beautiful Rakaposhi mountain view. It was out of the world experience. I highly recommend this place.

Overall we had a very good experience, the view of the Rakaposhi mountain was spectacular from the Hotel Room/Balcony. Hotel staff was very courteous. Peaceful & Quiet location, Breakfast was good and a lot of variety.

Air conditioning needs to be improved, Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and we requested extra cleaning. Shower drainage wasn't good, causing water to fill up and some overflow in the rest of the bathroom.

The best hotel with the perfect view of beautiful rakaposhi. Staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended Everything was 10/10.
