Overpriced per il periodo, colazione con cesti gia preparati da panificio locale e di ottima qualità ma l’impossibilità di scegliere cosa mangiare é davvero sgradevole, se dovessi tornare opterei per opzione senza colazione per avere la libertà di farla altrove, il quartiere da molte possibilità

R/S Boutique Apartments, as an organisation, are professional and fully trustworthy. Great communications, guidance and instructions relating to booking and building access. Pro Good location. A newly renovated building, with secure, safe access. Only 15 apartments - each room has small “Juliet” balcony. Apartment was; Clean, comfortable, modern, and had a very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. . Laundry room, on sixth floor Modern lift. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. concierge on duty every morning - Friendly and very helpful, speak excellent English. I would recommend and would readily book again.

Cons Sometimes, Noise from bar, opposite Needs: a few coat hooks, shelves, drawers Needs T towels in kitched TV: ,Only 4 TV programmes are in English, and all are News (3 American + Sky news)

Lovely apartment in great location

Super nice appartements right at the port of Alicante and 500m from just about every musts of the city. The place was the perfect size for a couple of, exceptionally clean and very comfortable! I highly recommend it if you want to feel a little bit at home while visiting the city.

There were minor things, kind of out of the control of the hotel. My room was right on a touristy street and as a result quite noisy at night, just to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper, good earplugs are kind of a must. The staff was very very nice, and super helpful/friendly but the amount of communications by text messages was overwhelming! I started to get notifications to check in more than a week before my arrival and constant reminder I had to pay the balance upon my stay, I understand they want to make sure people are respecting their stay and everything but this is not the kind of courtesy I expected from a place that identifies as « boutique » or High end, this threw me off a little, Just not a fan of getting constant text messages from the hotel. (we’re talking more than twice a day on some days)

Super zentrale Lage, super sauber, super hilfreiches Personal, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
