This is a brand new hotel and the management went out of their way to provide me with whatever I requested. They are trying very hard to make this hotel a success. I wish them well.

It didn’t affect me because I was there on the weekend. There appears to be construction next to and across the road. Again not the hotel’s fault, young people came in drunk at 3 am and shouted in the hall for 40 minutes. Las Terrenas seems to be a party town.

This hotel is exceptionally clean! Security 24 hours... hot water shower... 3 minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and clubs...small store next door... air conditionr and fan work perfect... I've had the best sleep here in years! Very comfy bed 🙂 I could live here and will def be back !

Had a great time at Chill Hotel. The check in process was seamless, finding the location was quite simple, and my room was clean. The staff are very nice and always available to help with inquiries and recommendations for food, activities, etc. This hotel is a short walk to the beach and close to so many great restaurants, stores and nightlife.

I would have liked a TV in the room, but I was aware that it did not come with the room upon booking. I made a recommendation to the hotel staff and was told they intend to install televisions in the near future.

Clean, comfortable, welcoming and safe. I will stay here again. Perfect location to all local amenities.

Perfect location, really nice staff, perfectly clean rooms. The rooms are exactly like in the pictures. Will definitely return.
