If something goes wrong, things moves slowly. We were given a dirty room when we checked in and the supervisor helped to find a new room. After waiting for almost a hour, new room was assigned.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt mit dem Nachteil, dass alle Kühlaggregate der Mall vor den Zimmern einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm Verursachen und die Fenster zum vibrieren bringen. Darum Zimmer buchen mit Blick aufs Meer. Leider hat dieser Umstand niemand interessiert an der Reception - dreimal um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und es wurde nie beachtet.
