بعض الملاحظات وهي كالتالي: لا يوجد عزل صوت الغرفة المجاورة وحتى السيارات في الشارع على الرغم الدور الرابع. النت بمجرد الحركة يقطع (يتطلب التواجد بالقرب من المدخل. هواء المكيف للاسف مزعج.
