Very supportive staff. Prime location. Refreshing breakfast and good service. One of the receptionists handled my reservation effectively even while there was an issue from booking . com and in making alternate adjustments she was profusely apologetic for inconvenience. I thanked and reassured I wouldn't mind, it wasn't her fault. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything except this time, they refused to provide me breakfast even when I explained to them that my profile included breakfast and show them my profile advantage
