Staff are very helpful

It is the only hotel in NC1.. which means in their view, customers should accept whatever they do.. Which gives a very bad indication.. no other hotels.. no competitions. Prices are very expensive compared to the room size and with no room service, almost 1500 for a bed for 1 night

Staff is nice and frienly. Arriving after hours but they welcome you with a smile. There are waffles on demand for breakfast. There's a nice outdoor pool and a gym. Everything is new and well maintained. It is very close to NC1, which is very convenient.

Hotel extremely expensive due to the fact that it is the only one close to NC1 in NEOM for work. Room is very nice but quite small, there's literally no space between bed and table for work. Breakfast is good but gets super crowded sometimes.

It was cozy and nicely situated in Neom Community. The surrounding was beautiful. It was clean.

Extremey high for the room I got. The room size was too small for that I had to work on my side when I put my laptop on what's supposed to be a desk. Very humble closet, everything is tiny to save space. for more rooms. The price I paid for one night is totally unjustified.

Rooms are very small but unfortunately is the only hotel option in the area so they run a monopoly on the price which is very expensive for what it is
