Breakfast was okay and fairly standard. The food was fresh and acceptable, but there wasn’t anything special that stood out. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Overall, my stay was average. The biggest issue was the room maintenance. The first room we were given had an air conditioning unit that was not cooling at all, and it took quite some time and several discussions with the maintenance team to address the problem. Eventually, we had to change rooms three times before being upgraded to a suite, which was much more comfortable. However, even in the final room, the TV frequently froze and did not work properly. I also felt that the housekeeping standards could be improved, as the cleanliness was not up to the level I expected. The hotel has potential, and the staff tried to help, but there is a clear need for better maintenance and upkeep throughout the property. The breakfast was decent and satisfactory, though nothing particularly special. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but improvements in maintenance and housekeeping would make a significant difference.
