Cheerful Al Waha Unayzah Hotel

The location

Following a recent stay at the Cherful Alwaha Hotel in Unayzah, I wanted to share my experience. The hotel is well-located, and the rooms are spacious and generally well-maintained. However, my room had a view overlooking garbage and A/C units, which was disappointing. While the breakfast offers a variety of hot dishes and options, I believe guests should have the choice of a room rate that excludes breakfast, as this would offer more flexibility. I had reserved three rooms—two twins and one king—but our check-in experience was far from ideal. Despite notifying the front desk (speaking with Naief at 2:00 PM) to ensure the rooms would be ready for my children, we encountered delays. Two rooms were only available after 4:00 PM, and the third room wasn’t ready until 7:00 PM, which required escalating through Booking.com to resolve. The explanation offered was that previous guests had opted for late check-outs, delaying our check-in. However, I feel this inconvenience should have been addressed with some form of compensation, whether through a partial refund or an upgrade to available rooms. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in finding alternatives to mitigate the situation, which unfortunately reflects a lack of commitment to guest satisfaction. This was not the first time I’ve had a similar experience with this hotel, and I hope they can address these issues to improve future stays.

The customer service is very good and the staff are always welcoming and willing to help. I really like their flexibility in the checking out. Also I like their Turkish coffee 😊

When arriving at 7 Pm My suite not ready & in checking in they told me we don’t receive any reservations for you I show them my reservation from my mobile and the room not ready and not clean
