Tout personnel à la réception exécrables Très mal accueillie On a payer très cher au final la chambre c’était un taudis

Nothing….

The room was dirty. When we got to the hotel, no towels or toilet tissue was available to us til we had to ask multiple times. The room service will show at 9:00 PM when we are sleeping so they can service the room. No customer service skills.

Location was ok

The service was very poor, no one would answer the phone at the desk. I think the staff are underpaid and over worked, no where to be seen after first day. When the came they were very helpful. The hotel ownership was not good.
