Beautiful sea view comfortable bed & relaxing night

Arrivé un dimanche soir pour un séjour de 3 nuits, nous cumulons les surprises. Un simple courriel nous indique les codes d'accès à l’hôtel et à la chambre. on apprends que le restaurant sera fermé les lundi et mardi et que l'on ne sers pas de petits déjeuner. Ce qui nous obligera chaque matin et soir à parcourir la région pour trouver de quoi se nourrir !50kms à chaque tentative au minimum, car tout est fermé ces jours là dans cette partie du Donegal.La VMC de la chambre ne fonctionne pas mais pas d"interlocuteur, à moins d'attendre le passage de la femme de ménage.Mercredi matin, douche froide:pas d'eau chaude. Et toujours personne alentour ! le restaurant n'ouvrira que le soir.. A noter que le choix de l’hôtel était lié au fait qu'il offrait un restaurant et qu'il était situé près de l'embarcadère du ferry .Qui s'avéra ne plus fonctionner dès le 1 octobre....

Absolutely gorgeous setting, we had The Fahan Room and it was just right beside the water. The view was amazing, lovely large window to make the most of the view. Comfy bed and very clean. The bathroom was a little tired but fully functional. It was excellent value for money. Can’t wait to return.

Fantastic place to stay...very smooth self check in..only downfall is no breakfast option,close to some beautiful wee bars and a shop..right on lough Swilly...wee ate at the restaraunt..although it didnt serve alcohol but my partner was able to get their local ale as they havent got their drink licence yet. the scenery was out of this world looking right onto the lough..will definitely be staying again very soon 😀

Check in very easy, clean room, lovely location with view of the lough. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked good. The only thing missing was a couple of cups so we could make tea (a kettle and tea bags were provided but no cups).

Awesome place. Very relaxing atmosphere. Superb for people with stressful jobs. Room was very clean, bathroom had toiletries. Amazing view from the room. Hassle free check in/out

Stayed there for a wedding close by. Excellent by all accounts.
