"Lovely bright, central apartment"

Lovely bright apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds.

We stayed in no 16 the shower drain in the ensuite was obviously completely blocked and I ended up standing ankle deep in water and around the bottom of the shower screen needs a good clean. Kitchen sink was very slow draining. I think all the drains need clearing

"Lovely Apt in Letterkenny"

The location is great, very central, opposite the bus station at a busy roundabout. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all one would need for a stay. There was a bathtub in the bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen - I just wish there had been a few more coffee sachets there, however! There was good heating throughout. I had a very relaxing 2-day stay here and would easily stay again.

There was a little bit of confusion at check-in and may I simply recommend to the management to simplify the check-in instructions. There is a - non-functional - physical lock box as well as a digital keypad at the main entrance; there are also letterboxes directly opposite when you open the door. However, none of these are necessary to get your keys. You go straight up to your floor and the lockbox with your key is at your room door. As it's unusual to be able to walk straight in a main entrance door, particularly one with a lockbox, digital keypad and numbered letterboxes, maybe an opening sentence simply along the lines of: "Please ignore the lockbox, digital keypad, and letterboxes at the entrance; the main entrance door is unlocked, please enter, take the elevator and go directly up to your floor and apartment number. Just outside your apartment door you will find the lockbox with your room key"...
