There was a bed, AC, and fan in the room.

First of all, this place posted fake pictures of rooms on booking.com. Secondly, my reservation was not confirmed until I emailed them. A family member of mine booked a second room but when he got there they had no reservation for him. Luckily, they had a second house where they were able to house him, but that room was boiling hot when we first arrived. To make things worse, the night before we were supposed to leave and catch a 6AM flight, a staff member knocked and woke me up at 1230AM to ask for my payment. They never checked the entire time I was there until that moment and thought it was a good idea to wake their guest up in the middle of the night. It turns out the owner does not know how to use the internet to claim credit card payment. This place is truly disorganized and does not know the first thing about hospitality. The icing on top of the cake is that you can hear every noise and conversation in the common area of the house from your room. Naturally, it was very loud. I’d avoid this place at all costs.
