There is hardly anything about the like. The worst experience of staying in the guest house. They are duping people by projecting amenities and standards - which are not there. It is a bad value of money.

Foul Smell in the room. Dungeon-like closed rooms. No water geysers. Toilets drains were clogged. Showers broken and in a very bad shape. Services were worst. The aim of guest house was to grab as much money as possible on one or the other account. Overall a very bad experience. Despite being closer to my office, I had to escape as soon as I found a decent accommodation.

As a stubborn man hard to please visiting from the UK my expectations were high and I must say my stay at this guesthouse was outstanding I have no complaints. Requests were dealt with swiftly questions were answered without any attitude this place is great for families no dodgy doings here. I originally booked for one night but stayed for 5 nights very cheap. Outside is secure with 24/7 security everyplace is easily accessible from this guesthouse the beach DHA area dolmen mall all easily accessible also great for late night strolls with guards placed everywhere without any worry the community is top. Mehtab the main man very smart intelligent you are a great person easily approachable gave us many tips about Karachi as it was our first time visiting the rest of his crew are outstanding I felt like I was with my little brothers the dude with the tattoos your awesome and very cool 😎 sorry I forgot your name wish I written it down but I will be back. The dude who makes the breakfast you will make a great husband 😜 I could go on and on about how great this place and the staff were Ps the beds were very comfy and that air conditioning is super chilly 🥶 just how I liked it

I have no complaints my stay will always be remembered I loved it and will use this place again for when I visit again I would rather stay here than a posh 5* hotel just because of the staff they were like family

If you are a foreign is a very good to stay. Very clean, towel very clean. A peaceful place
