Hotel Mayfair

A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American. I had to call the embassy who sent a car to help me flee the property in the early hours of the morning because the manager wouldn't otherwise let me leave.

The room, location & staff.

Lack of security…many times strangers including beggar tried to open our room door.. scared! . staff allowed people smoke at lobby.. No hot water.

Good experience at hotel mayfair lahore Im staying here from the last 6 years. Every time found same hospitality and warm welcome+satisfactory services . Outstanding place to stay within such low room charges + perfect location near to liberty roundabout.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!
