I recently stayed 4 September at hotel royal grand and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The hotel charged me double the amount I was initially quoted, which was shocking and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to discuss the issue with them, they showed no willingness to listen or resolve the problem. Additionally, they had hidden extra charges that weren't mentioned during check-in, which added to the frustration when I was checking out. The lack of transparency and poor customer service made my stay unpleasant. I would advise potential guests to be cautious and thoroughly review their bill before checking out. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend hotel royal grand due to their overcharging and rude staff.

They charged extra and room was too much untidey it wasn't clean Bugs & mosquitos were there didn't slept well Floor was dirty Blanket was smelly and dirty They were turning off ac from out side time and again Staff was also unprofessional and unhygienic Don't ever stay with family 💯 In complete it was bullshit ....

The staff automatically increase the charges that are not displayed on the application stating the reason to be that you are travelling/lodging with any female friend. It is totally my prerogative whomsoever I travel and lodge with!
