אין מים חמים. אין נייר טואלט בחדר. למה שולחן וכיסאות במרפסת פתוחה. זה חדר לוקס????? שלמתי יותר כסף. אין מילים. רק אחד טוב, שיש 2 כריות לבנאדם.

It was fine until one receptionist name Dor ruined our day

Hi i have complain about front decks receptionist name Dor I checked in around 4:10 something I thing I have claustrophobic I’m sry but I can’t stay in the room without windows I feel suffocation. I got the room 111 without windows so I request the front desk to change the room she say they is room but it will take the to clean so I say ok I wait over the 1:30 minutes and get room 312 but I know have problems or anything with that it was me who request to change the room but in 20 Dce Saturday around 12 PM, A front desk man name Dor came in our room when are in bed ,I didn’t like that receptionist can open our room door easily when someone is still there. Dor knocked on our door only 1 time when we were sleeping were like confused and waiting for more knock but no within few second he suddenly open the door and peeked his head and say what you are doing , it’s your check out time we were shocked still in our bed , we didn’t get the time to get out for bed and second thing we can’t aslo and I told him that we have additional time and he say no this your check out time and close the door after that few minutes later I went down to reception he was there and I told him why did you open the door you should have waited or knock few more time and then he say rudely why shouldn’t I ,this is your check out time and then I say you can’t ,you have our details on there you can msg or call us and then he didn’t say nothing , I showed him our check for additional charges and just say nothing like I was wrong I’m sorry nothing ,I just want his sincere apologize but he was so rude and mean man , he didn’t say nothing then I took Im phone back and wait few seconds and I say do you have to say anything? and he say what? I repeat the same question he reply No nothing, At that time I was really angry and frustrate , I say Really you don’t have to say nothing ? And he was saying something and then say sorry at the last . I didn’t like his attitude,tone, dominator vibes .

יש לציין שהייתי שעה במלון - נכנסתי לחדר מסריח מריח של שתן , עם פחית אקסל שהייתה על המדף , בלי מים חמים במקלחת , רעש של תחנה מרכזית וקוד לחדר שהוא מספר החדר . הסכימו לבטל מהר , כנראה יודעים למה

לא נראה כמו בתמונות בכלל. הזמנתי ״סוויטה״ עבור 4 אורחים קיבלנו חדר קטן עם מיטה אחת. החלפנו ל״סוויטה״ שהזמנתי ופשוט הלם, ממש שונה מהתמונות.
