Everything is new and quite clean. All necessary things are in the apartment and available. We had a pleasant stay.

The bed in the living room is not so comfortable. The code at the entrance to the building and the code of the apartment are the same, which is quite strange!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Valencia. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, only 2 minutes away from both the bus and metro stations, and about a 10-minute walk to the Oceanogràfic. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. They also changed the towels and cleaned the apartment during the stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s an ideal place for a couple visiting Valencia. Highly recommended!

Me he hospedado varias veces y me gusta y por eso repito . La ubicación me gusta mucho porque es completa y tiene de todo y nuevo. También hay parking gratis en la calle en los alrededores

Le pongo menos puntuación porque la penúltima vez que fuimos nos tenían que haber preparado la cama sofá y cuando llegamos, no estaba hecha la cama. Y la ultima vez que nos alojamos, olía en la habitación como cuando el agua de la fregona o la fregona no están del todo limpias y se friega el suelo dejando olor desagradable.

Todo muy limpio. Me gustó mucho lo amplio y bien decorado que está el apartamento. Tambien el detalle de las cápsulas de café y tes que tienes disponible en el apartamento. Para repetir.

The location is great. I also liked the check in process and that everything works with one code instead of physical keys.

Mosquitoes made our life pretty terrible. Please install mosquito nets on windows! Also when staying for a week 1 time cleaning is not sufficient and the amount of supplies like dishwasher tablets and coffee/tea is not enough
