Lovely lovely staff! Friendly and very helpful! Great location and studio. Perfect.

Just there was dead cockroaches when I arrived which wasn’t pleasant but I understand Sevilla. And there was a sharp metal strip on the floor I hurt my foot on by kitchen. But everything else perfect.

Spacious and minimalistic but had most things we needed. Location a bit far from the main attractions but we explored local and found some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed.

Warning, there is no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow, very difficult to get luggage up and down. Also the air con was very noisy and so couldn't be left on at night.

Flat "atico": Spacious bedroom and bathroom, no kitchen in this specific flat (but there is a mini fridge and cutlery, which is very convenient) but instead access to large terrace with a view of Sevilla's skyline. The flat was clean, comfortable, equipped with an air conditioning unit. The view from the windows and from the terrace is lovely. The location is very convenient, 8mim from Alameda, within walking distance from the city center and with many bus connections around. Supermarket nearby as well.

Flat "atico": The bedroom is spacious and can easily fit luggage but there is no closet or drawers. Also keep in mind that it's on the third floor so there's a lot of stairs if you're carrying big suitcases. The view pays of though.

Very close to old town. 25 min walking you are at alcazar. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Suite is clean and ideal for two young persons.

Parking is too far away about one km. Suite is at ground floor so up to 11 pm it is very noisy and you hear everything from the street so not very suitable if you are with children.

Many and narrow stairs to arrive to the apartment. To switch off the corridor light I must open the door and switch off outside in the stairs. The room was small and we needed to switch off the refrigerator because the noise.
