"Overall it was a bad experience."

Nothing

They had problem with internet and for 3 hours internet was not available. They had big food menu but only limited items were available. Room's floor was not cleaned and dusty. Shower was leaking from side. Room's door was not working and anyone can open the door from outside. There was no soap avaiable in washrooms.
