Byt byl hezky zařízený a čistý.
Chtělo by to provést malý servis - poškozená klika v koupelně, splachování na WC - funkční jen jedna polovina, vrzajici postel. Netěsní okna - hlučnost v bytě.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, luminoso, silenzioso, fornito di tutto quel che serve. Posizione ottima in un bel quartiere a 15 minuti dal centro. Sotto casa un grande supermercato e una pasticceria caffetteria buonissima! Lo staff assiste sempre con gentilezza e sollecitudine. Veramente un ottima esperienza.
